PUTTING THE WORLD TO WORK: BHLG’s Innovative Team Structure

As the world grows more connected through technology, the workday stretches well beyond the traditional 9 to 5.

Here at BHLG, we have learned to harness the power of 24/7, on-demand service, but with fairness and dignity to our colleagues. While we boast a physical office, with all the accoutrements of a midtown building, some of our team workers enjoy a fully-remote position where they are able to make their own hours for what best fits their life. While many traditional firms have allowed some access to a remote jobsite, it is often only partial, with the bulk of the workday still inefficiently centered around traveling to an office.

Our team members are able to work to their full capacity without the constraints of commutes and office hours, which have enabled our clients to have access to important advice at off-peak times. We believe this is the way to the future. With a global workforce, 9 to 5 is not decided by the attorney, and travel is often well outside the parameters of a “normal” workday.

As BHLG is committed to nurturing the well-being of our team, while optimizing service to our clients, we have invested in state-of-the-art remote technology to enable secure and reliable access to our system from anywhere in the world.

Welcome to the future of immigration law!
