She has experience servicing a large volume of clients across diverse industries, including technology, engineering, finance, real estate, architecture, medicine, universities, and the arts (artists and performers).
Rachael has extensive experience handling a broad spectrum of business immigration matters, excelling in complex immigration issues, including due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other corporate restructurings and addressing Requests for Evidence for complicated issues such as H-1B specialty occupation, existence of employer-employee relationship, and ability to pay.
