Ally has successfully assisted employers with obtaining nonimmigrant visas and U.S. legal permanent residence on behalf of foreign national employees. She has experience servicing clients across diverse industries, including technology, finance, law, small business owners, restaurant owners, and professional athletes.
Ally has handled a broad spectrum of business immigration matters, excelling in complex immigration issues, including due diligence in connection corporate restructurings and addressing Requests for Evidence for complicated issues.
Ally has a wealth of experience in preparing all types of temporary and short-term work visas (O-1, F-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, J-1), PERM Labor Certifications, permanent residence petitions and applications (employment-based and family-based), VAWA, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions, Waivers, Asylum, and Naturalization. She also has appeared before the Boston Immigration Court for clients seeking Bond and Asylum.
Additionally, she has assisted clients with crimmigration issues and has appeared in Boston district courts on various criminal matters.

Ally was born and raised in Massachusetts. She has been active in her community where she volunteers her time doing pro-bono work for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), Political Asylum Immigration Representation (PAIR) Project, and Justice for our Neighbors (JFON). She also has been a member of Justice Bridge Legal Center of Boston, Massachusetts, offering immigration assistance to clients with modest means. She is a member of the AILA Boston Chapter.
